Unable to update my orders. Customer service people are polite but unable to help with booking future orders or amending current ones.
I am unable to contact the 'Chief Executive's' office due to their out of date website. One supposes that complaints are over running his office whilst he is unavailable due to other more pressing business than we customers.
Maybe he needs some customer service training to get back to grass roots!
