My wife went into hospital today and I have cancer so we ordered home delivery for yesterday, the driver delivered but then drove off with one lot of chilled. Some of this we needed for our evening meal. My wife phoned the driver who had earlier phoned for directions but he didn’t answer. Anyways he never came back and customer services arranged a return drop for today which was not good enough but the best they could offer, it never turned up. Absolutely appalling service.
