I have shopped online for groceries with Tesco for many years but in the past month this has been impossible. I have had a Tesco credit card since it's inception and although Tesco are happy to receive my payment every month, I can no longer get any answers to my queries when I talk to a customer service advisor. I am able to book home deliveries from Waitrose and Sainsbury and every other online retailer for any of my needs; they are very happy to receive my orders but Tesco do not want my custom any more.
