Grocery order never arrived.
Constantly fobbed off by different members of staff.
Today is Tuesday and my order for Saturday had already been cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'. Someone clearly has a crystal ball.
I pay a monthly fee to have my groceries delivered and in addition I'm having to pay for 'click and collect' and a taxi to get my shopping home. This is all after having worked a long shift. The reason I use the delivery service is because I work long hours and I do not drive.
