We ordered a American Style Fridge Freezer from Tesco. This came with Free Delivery, Connection and Taking away the old appliance. When the Fridge Freezer arrived the delivery men said they wouldnt even take it out of the box never mind help us in with it. They also said that they wouldnt take the old one away.
We refused to accept delivery. Tesco were very quick in refunding our money. But this caused us alot of inconvenience.
