Ordered a mirror with one of their preferred shops Danielle Creations - after over a week I could see on the system that it had not even been dispatched so phone up to cancel the order.
I was refunded minus the delivery of £3 - phoned Tesco Direct up, to be fair they did refund the delivery charge, but did say that this was standard practice to keep the delivery fee even though item not dispatched
