I had the misfortune 21 Aug around midday to shop at Tesco metro Tooting Broadway. Service poor on till open long queue. Finally a morose man (called Kaazim or similar - couldn't be the manager surely) approached relief till. He should be reminded to at least say "hello" or "sorry for the wait" and after the purchase "thank you". .
Cut up my clubcard and and Sainsburies from now on.
