I waited on 3 different days for my delivery to arrive, it did not arrive! They kept saying the driver came but no one was home. Definite lie! Customer service was very poor when I spoke to them stating they can't do anything about it but to reschedule for another day. So I spoke to a manager who seemed genuinely nice and even though she did not do anything, she listened to me no understood that the driver made the mistake. This made a huge difference to me as this manager actually listened and apologised for me not receiving items and service that I paid for.
3 days later Tesco charged me from my account twice and They was not happy when I asked for it back. It's my money! Of course I want it back. I had evidence to say it was taken out from my account. yet they still did not want to refund my money. Again the customer service was so bad, you clearly cannot say a word to them without them trying to override you, I waited a week for my money and was told to wait another week for my money to be refunded after that I will have to call again. Never shop in TESCOS!! ASDA IS SOOO MUCH BETTER, THEY NEVER GAVE ME THIS MUCH HASSLE AND THEIR SERVICE IS NOT BAD AS THIS!!
