We are a children's charity and each year our main fundraiser event means we need a quantity of bread rolls which are ordered well in advance , for past 2 years we have gone to collect only to be told they cannot fulfill the order, now after reasurances we order again, surprise suprise for the third year running on the day of collection " can't fulfill the order" Even though they accept the order it seems they are not obliged to fulfill it or even give you any notice of non fulfillment, what utter utter incompetence, once again having to run around the county last minute trying to get enough to run the event.
