Ordered a fridge from tescos direct.They forgot to put it on the lorry & forgot to call me.36 mile round trip,day off work,91 year old mum wondering where fridge is.2nd attempt successful.Management promised to call in 24 hrs for customer satisfaction.5 days passed no call.Review blocked on website,as it wasn't a positive one! Would someone like to call me from Tescos regarding this situation?
