Broadmead Tesco Direct Trowbridge Wiltshire. Tried to buy cigarettes Male assistant refused to open tobacco concealing doors unless I ask for a specific brand. I pointed out I wanted to price the various brands to decide
which brand to buy. There was no tobacco price list displayed at the counter.
Assistant still refused, so I went to Asda who were happy to display and price their tobacco products when asked.
Will do my weekly shopping at Asda in future.
Tesco has just lost another customer.
