I bought a satnav online a month ago, it completely stopped working and with no receipt or original packaging, I thought there was no way I'd be able to return it. Terry at customer service was so helpful, put me through to the correct dept on a freephone number and Stuart arranged to swap the faulty product the very next day, either in store or to my home. You can't beat that kind of customer service!! Thank you
