Appalling collection service
Ordered goods for collection at local Express store. Had to wait 30 minutes for service. Then they could not find it in store. Told to come back later. On returning they had not found and eventually store manager found it, then blamed staff. The shop was chaotic, with no organisation. Product returned poor quality
