I purchased a bed through Tesco Direct from one of their partners, Happy Beds. The wooden frame split the first night! Replacement part was sent but after a week the same part split completely in the night. I was offered a full refund....when the bed was collected in up to 7 days. Both Happy Beds and Tesco Direct thought it was acceptable for me to be without a bed for this time. The bed has been collected and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my account to be credited. Tesco Partner Guarantee appears to be an opt out. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give any less.
