Useless. They failed to deliver flowers at all.
I ordered flowers to cheer up my Mum on the anniversary of my stepfather's death.
Tesco emailed and texted me that they would arrive between 1716 and 1816
No flowers arrived.
Apparently DPD "couldn't find the address". They have delivered there twice since May through Tesco so how come they have a problem this time.
Rang call centre. Said they could deliver more on Thursday. 2 days after they were supposed to.
Spent over half an hour to call centre trying to persuade them to deliver next day. Refused.
Offered £5 compensation and a full refund. Really? Is that what it's worth? Then offered £10 compensation which I was told was 500% more than they were supposed to offer.
So beware. Tesco don't care if they let you down.
