Quick service! Food is quite tasty, but most of all it's easy! I'm on week 3 and I don't feel hungry. It's not difficult if you go out, you just need to plan ahead a little. I will continue until I've reached my goal. The thing to note is my body is strange, so the fact I have lost 8lb, is amazing, but it does feel more in my clothes
