Very easy website to do an online grocery shop.
One item was damaged on arrival, the driver refunded the full amount right there and then!
They were short of stock on another item in a specific size so they replaced it with a smaller size. I wasn't happy about this as it meant i was short of the quantity i needed. As a result, they refunded the full amount to me and let me keep the size they'd sent. That made me happy! I've ordered from Tesco a few times before and i find them very good for online grocery shopping!
