Just brought a nintendo switch from tesco recieved a voucher code for £20 within hours of purchasing it. When i rang up to querie this and ask if the discount could be applied instead of just saying no and explaining why, the manager said no in a rude manor , wouldnt listern to me talked over me and when i asked him if he could please just listen to me instead of speaking over me he just said read the terms and condtions. It wasnt that the discount couldnt be apllied that anoyed me it was the fact that it was like he wasnt even listening to me, just talked over me. When i said im not buying anything from tescos again he said "ok" . Very rude management, with the attitude the customer is always wrong. The last time i ever shop at tesco.
