I called into Tesco in Hemsworth to return a tee shirt which was the wrong size. The lady on customer service was called Lynn and was really co-operative. She was very friendly and very apologetic when she realised the refund she could give me was less than the price I paid because the item was now in the sale. Really nice person. Good service needs some praise these days.
