As a regular customer I have never had to make a complaint until recently when there was a couple of problems with my home shopping delivery. I wrote an email explaining the problem and Tesco were brilliant. They responded quickly and called me to apologise. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and very apologetic. The items I complained about were refunded immediately and they also emailed me a voucher to use on my next shop. I haven't received such good customer service in a long time and although I was disappointed at the problems I had, the way they resolved it put me at ease and restored my faith in the company and I continue to be a regular customer.
