I must say, after reading the reviews I was expecting things not to run so smoothly but I am delighted with the customer service of Tesco direct Scotland. I bought a couch & arm chair for our new house at a full price, when the next day the sale came into place making each of these half price, I called up and received a refund of half of the money back with no hassle what so ever(wish I could remember the lady's name). I have also just phoned up & spoke to Clark because I have not yet recieved a delivery date for my couch, who phoned the courier straight away and got back to me within 10 minutes to let me know what was happening. I hope the delivery goes as well as this.
