We ordered two sets of the Denby dinner service from Tesco direct whilst it was on offer. It was too good to pass by. When it arrived, one of the dinner plates was broken. We rang Tesco Direct, and their response was very good. They first checked to see if they could replace it - but had none in stock. So they then checked at all our nearby stores to see if they could find a replacement - but there were none in stock. So within an hour of us ringing them with the problem, they rang back and offered us a £10 voucher to go online to Denby's website and buy a replacement dinner plate (which was only worth under £5). We are very impressed with the quick and thorough service thanks Tesco.
