I shopped in Tesco at Silverburn, Glasgow today and was served by some really nice staff. What a change from some stores. The man at the fish counter, the lady at the meat counter and the girl on the till were all friendly and chatty and made me feel that my custom was important.
I sometimes find Tesco a little expensive in relation to some other supermarkets but today's service makes it worthwhile.
