Tesco made gift- buying for Christmas so easy this year. Their click-and-collect service was super efficient and took a lot of stress away from me. I also appreciated their flexibility in web-site service. They have put a great deal of effort in improving the way their web site responds to customers' needs. It offers a degree of flexibility that other websites do not - for example allowing an order to be provisional up to a few hours before collection.
