Like some people on here I had an item not delivered on a large order. I contacted the customer services who made another hipup on the order. But I then contacted the head office for customer services and the query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Due to this I will continue to use direct line. This is the 1st time anything has gone missing. To be truthfull I cannot fault the service. Any company can have human errors occur but dealt with as they have is a bonus for any company.
Yes I will continue to shop with Tesco direct as they have proven to me, that as long as you can prove the error was not your fault they will deal with it to a satisfied outcome.
