They don't test customer contact details. So, if something is wrong with the order, or just if they try to order and they can't call you but could email you, they simply don't deliver, don't tell you they weren't delivering and don't give you your money back immediately so you can order from elsewhere. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I'm now stuck without enough money to do my shopping, and my plans for my days off this week are now ruined. Thank you so much Tesco's.
