I have ordered a Smart Bladeless fan for £39.98 as it was advertised on the online shop.when I collected my order I found it funny because I found a "Samosa" maker inside. Later I figured it out that they have made a initial pricing mistake on the Fan , so instead sending the fan they cheekily sent me another item for the price that I've paid to cover up their mistake.
I went to the customer service desk to return the wrong item they sent me and get my original order replaced. I was put on phone and then the person i spoke on the phone secretly said something to the staff after asking the instore staff to walkaway from me.eventually i was forcefully made to return the wrong item and was cheekily refunded.Immediately i found the original fan that i ordered available on the Tesco direct online shop of the double the price i've paid. absolute frauds. rather i would have happy if a manager sorted me out or if they been honest and given me a substitute or given me the original order for the price i've paid considering my consumer rights.even after makinf so many escalations to the Tesco customer services i haven't had any response about this so far. i would have had a stress free purchase if i did online purchasing from another place. waste of time and deception.
