Delivery of washing machine was fast and on time. Sadly when we unpacked the machine we noticed a fault. An engineer was sent out who agreed a replacement. 9 days later I am still waiting for Tesco direct to resolve the issue. I have called Tesco direct no less than 12 times. Absolutely awful service. I am so angry and frustrated that I have a broken washing machine and they still have my money and haven't sorted a replacement.
