It's ALWAYS a bad experience if you have to go there cause you're in a hurry and too far from a competitor.
The utter contempt they hold their customers in is reinforced by the latest TV ad, in which they advertise steak but warn us not to lick our television set in the belief that the picture might taste of steak.
They really don't understand the concept of appreciating or respecting customers, do they ?
