I ordered a Rib of beef for Xmas, however I didnt realise it was a rolled off the bone piece and for the size of it 1.4kg it was very expensive.
It was totally fantastic
The best Beef we have had in several years
My husband and I like rare Roast Beef so we are always prepared to pay that little bit extra per kilo in the hope of obtaining a good joint
