I've been in the retail industry for over 30 year's plus and this service was abismile. Plus the law was being broken. I told the store manager this and she had no clue to what I was expressing. I walked out of the shop angered and frustrated with the total lack of knowledge and professionalism. I won't be shopping at Tesco's ever again. My complaint against the company has been lodged but they are yet to confirm that they will do anything as a goodwill gesture. Pathetic service and aftercare. Too much bonuses and benefits in my opinion. There's only one interest here and that's money. Greed and inconsistencies. Goodbye Tesco.
