Terrible service.
Brought a TV which constantly turns itself off or freezes. Was told I had to buy a USB for them to send me an update. They then said that they would post one out which didn't come. After chasing I finally got this and the update didn't work.
They now want to take my TV for at least two days to repair with a mere £15 as compensation. The TV I have only had for 5 months and has had this issue from the start.
Terrible customer service, would highly recommend a different supermarket
