Dreadful service
I was asked by Tesco recently to review my purchase, I would have done if I had actually received it!! After 2 weeks of waiting for it to arrive at local store I went to investigate where my order was. After the sales lady ( who was very nice and helpful) called the dispatching depot they told me that my order was lost and I wudnt be getting it.That was the day before Christmas eve. I was not a happy bunny. Will think twice about using click and collect again or probably any online ordering from Tesco direct :-(
