Terrible service, DO NOT USE! I went in-store and ordered product and was told it would be ready for collection the next day after 3PM. The next day I received an automated call telling me that it had been delivered to the wrong store and I would receive a text when it was ready for collection. I later called Tesco to ask when I would likely be able to collect it to be told that the order had been cancelled and to call customer services. When called customer services they said the ordered hadn't been cancelled but was still on ordered but wouldnt arrive in store for another two days. The lack of communication, no real apology and complete incompetence drove me mad and then to be told that even though they already had my money I would have to wait at least 3 working days for a refund, they were lucky I didn't scream even if they did record the whole conversation.
