Ordered a fridge freezer and told the guy who called to arrange delivery I lived in a 1st floor flat with no lift. They were also suppose to take the old one. When it was delivered it was a guy on his own who couldn't deliver it & wouldn't let my son help due to insurance, so he left it in the foyer of the flat and obviously didn't take the,old one - over a week later and several phone calls (on my part) I'm still stuck with the old one and they just don't want to know, once they've got your money you really don't matter - I've told them to refund me and come and collect the item, will never use this company again, worse than useless not surprised Tesco are in trouble - will shop at John Lewis in future their customer service is second to none!!!
