We had a cooker delivered with a faulty door. It quite obviously hadn't been put together quite right at the factory. Indesit came out and looked at it and said that it should be replaced via Tesco Direct. I must say the service we received from the Tesco Direct Customer Care Team (Emma) was actually very good. Yes we had one competent and friendly person that called us back each time. We had regular calls updating us on the process and even a follow up call after the replacement had arrived to ensure we were happy. The product delivered was absolutely fine so at least all the ovens of that model didn't have faulty doors. Maybe Tesco has realised it has to have a human side to regain its old position. If they provide the care we had, to everyone they deal with, then that will be an excellent start.
