Worst customer service I ever received from any company. Customer service have no access to anything, all they do is to leave the notes on your account. All I need is letter of usage from more than a month and they have no clue how to do that. Their outlet staff which is customer service have another customer service 🤦♂️ they need to chat to discuss queries.
