“My husband needed a new phone as his old one has finally given up , so he went on-line to order so it came the next day, after a while he realised he didn’t get an email confirming, so he went on to his account and found that it had been unsuccessful and he would not receive his new phone the following day , first I must say there is nothing wrong with our bank account or payment so this is down to Tesco , so he went on again and it said the same he was even asked to confirm payment from his bank account but nothing was taken out, after 4 attempts to get a phone he rang Tesco and was told he would have to wait 30 days before he could try again or go to a store, so we went to a store and the person helping said the same he couldn’t help him he would have to wait 30 days , we are pensioners who live in a rural location so a mobile is a must for us both , so thanks Tesco for your dreadful service .”
“Went to my local Tesco mobile shop for new phone for my 78 Ur old mother. Got a new phone and they arranged for her old 02 number to be transferred to her new Tesco mobile. This was Saturday. It is now Tuesday 21.30 and she has still no active phone number and neither her old phone or new Tesco phone can make or receive calls. No explanation why from the shop or Tesco customer support. Worst experience I've ever had from a phone operator.”
“Both me and my husband had Tesco mobile worst experience ever both our numbers stopped working at the same time after 7 weeks of continuous going in store and ringing them still nothing no feedback from Tesco at all customer services is absolutely terrible I would definitely not recommend tesco mobile”
“This is just some advice; take it if you wish... Do not sign an unlimited data contract with Tesco Mobile. The signal is terrible, and the speed is super slow. I can’t even make a FaceTime call on WhatsApp because it's always blurry, or my voice keeps cutting out. What a disappointment to be stuck with for 24 months.”

“I have problems receiving some calls, regardless of where I am. I'm concerned that I could miss important calls because callers cannot contact me. They either get a message that my number us unobtainable or they initially get one ring and it immediately goes to an engaged tone.”

“I've been a customer for around 10 years. Mostly delighted with service and value for money....until they jumped on the Greed Bandwagon and started increasing prices every year within the term of the contract, thus cancelling out the 1 thing that made them better than everyone else.
Saying that, they still offer better value than most in my opinion.”
