What date did Tesco Mobile transfer its call centre from UK centre to O2 call centre in Pakistan?
I am on a Pay As You Go mobile tariff but have been receiving texts from O2 stating that my phone will be disconnected as monthly direct debits have not been paid (I do not pay Direct Debit monthly payments as I am on pay as you go).
Also someone called Satya has been using my phone number for ApplePay (text sent to my phone saying my Apple Pay has been suspended due to suspicious activity (I do not have never had Apple Pay). Also I have not ordered items from DHL, the Post Office and Wayfair but have received texts from them.
Also Pakistan and Germany.
