Customer service beyond appalling. Antagonistic, shouted over me almost the entire time. Tried gaslighting me, obviously and sarcastic insincere apologies, just taking the Micky. Left an older vulnerable customer without a service for potentially weeks due to their mistake. They are totally disinterested, I don't know how they sleep at night. Tesco mobile customer service agents used to be the best ones but clearly there has been some kind of change of policy since a year ago as now they are so bad, and my recent experience was so bad that it's difficult for me to speak about it as it was so traumatic.
