Turn around was reasonable took about 2weeks. What I don’t like is that I paid $179 for a DNA test for my grandson and it comes back inconclusive. And I was then told it’s better to use both grand parents which it says on the website but it doesn’t say it’s a possibility that it will be inconclusive with only one grandparent. So now they want me to pay an additional $75 to test another family member with no guarantee that it will be conclusive either. What a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend u less you have both grandparents available for testing.
