Special place in hell
The only justification for a service that is so bad is that this organisation sees its customers as the enemy. The customers are there to be used and abused in order to maximise profits. This is done in the full knowledge that their monopoly contract will not be removed no matter how bad the service is. The comfort I take from this review is the hope that a special place in hell is reserved for the executives of this firm as small recompense for the damage they cause.
