Awful. Late again for no reason. Honestly how do they keep their contract is beyond me. Staff are rude and useless.

Special place in hell The only justification for a service that is so bad is that this organisation sees its customers as the enemy. The customers are there to be used and abused in order to maximise profits. This is done in the full knowledge that their monopoly contract will not be removed no matter how bad the service is. The comfort I take from this review is the hope that a special place in hell is reserved for the executives of this firm as small recompense for the damage they cause.

We arrived at Flitwick station today and purchased our tickets at the machine. There was ABSOLUTELY NO warning that there were planned work and replacement rail services. No information during the ticket purchase process, no signage on the machine, anywhere in the ticket office and absolutely no staff on hand to ask. Having paid full price for our ticket, to our surprise the train terminated at Harpenden where we had to take a bus that made us late for our appointment. The bus back between St Pancreas and Harpenden took over 2 hours!!!! It stopped at every station, including some that are never usually stops on the Bedford train. I am very frustrated that there was no information at all at Flitwick station or staff on hand, if I had known of the poorly managed rail replacement service I would have used the North Western service from Milton Keynes that is also convenient for us. When I tried to complain on the website it kept crashing and in the end had to give up, feels almost intentional. Will be using the North Western service from MK going forward and recommend you do the same

I am absolutely shocked how cold it is inside the trian. The is no heating whatsoever. It is colder inside the train than outside. This is not the first time either. Many times I have boarded these trains and its freezing inside. Currently I have had to leave my coat, hat and gloves on in the train which is ridiculous. It's completely unacceptable to think it's ok to treat you customers like this. Do I need to bring a thermometer on the train (to send pictures) with me because I am almost certain that there needs to be a comfortable amount of heat for commuters to travel in?

Used delay repay after service was suspended in the middle of the night.No staff at Elephant & Castle at 2am. I uploaded a photo of the ticket as requested but received an automated reply two weeks later saying there was no proof of my journey.

Without any notification,in the date 09.02.2019 there was no train to get from Luton to Mill Hill.so I was obligated to take a cab for 70£. Thank you Thameslink ... There was no train until 9.00am 10.02.2019. Are you in 2019???or 1019??? I GIVE YOU MINUS 3 STARS
