Since November 2020 they changed our outside water pipe till now in April 2021, it's leaking all the time. And very big noise make our whole family feel very bad. Leaking getting worse and noise is getting bigger. Still waiting Thames water come to fix. Customer service Not helpful at all. Every time call them just make big circle and nothing can be solved.
