You need a trustworthy company when you are buying timepieces sight unseen and the 1916 company has definitely earned my trust. The watch arrived exactly as advertised and I am happy about it.
However, there's a definite room for improvement in terms of communication. While I am satisfied with the product, the customer experience wasn't exactly stellar.
