“I had an outstanding experience working with Carlos and the team at The 1916 Company. Over the course of my time with them, I purchased two watches, including one from their pre-owned collection, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Carlos, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, never applied pressure, and made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personalized. Whether it was discussing options, answering questions, or coordinating details, everything was smooth and well communicated. I also sold a watch to them as part of the process, and that transaction was just as seamless. The evaluation was fair, the communication was clear, and the execution was efficient from start to finish. What stood out most was the consistency across the entire experience. Buying new, buying pre-owned, and selling a watch all felt equally easy and well managed. That level of trust and professionalism is not something you find everywhere. “I walked into the new 1916 Company shop in Manhattan Beach about a month ago to inquire about getting a new factory bracelet for my Rolex. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly and was able to accommodate me immediately. “I bought an oris Aquis cal 400 in used very good condition. Upon arrival it presented as new. In addition, the ad said the watch had the majority of its warranty left. When I registered the watch at Oris I discovered it had never been registered before and I received the entire 10 year warranty. Extremely pleased”

“I purchased a JLC Reverso on July 8. On July 12, the strap broke. The staff always very helpful on the purchase. Francis was very responsive when I notified her. I am hopeful that there is a positive step from here. Presently I feel disappointed.”

“I recently visited Rolex Scottsdale presented by The 1916 Company And lucky for me I dealt with Brittany. What a nice lady super professional very Helpful and very very knowledgeable. She helped me get the item I was looking for Very quickly. I would highly recommend Rolex Scottsdale presented by The 1916 Company and especially Brittany. On a scale from 1 to 10 1 being the worst And 10 being the best Brittany is an easy 11 !!!
