“I had an outstanding experience working with Carlos and the team at The 1916 Company. Over the course of my time with them, I purchased two watches, including one from their pre-owned collection, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Carlos, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, never applied pressure, and made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personalized. Whether it was discussing options, answering questions, or coordinating details, everything was smooth and well communicated. I also sold a watch to them as part of the process, and that transaction was just as seamless. The evaluation was fair, the communication was clear, and the execution was efficient from start to finish. What stood out most was the consistency across the entire experience. Buying new, buying pre-owned, and selling a watch all felt equally easy and well managed. That level of trust and professionalism is not something you find everywhere. “I purchased a pre-owned Rolex from The 1916 Company which has been my grail watch since I was a kid. I worked with a gentleman named Alex and he assisted me by answering every question, explaining the process, and sending me updates every step of the way. The pricing for the CPO program is unmatched as well as the customer service. I’ll be a returning customer.”

“I had a great experience with Brennen at the IWC store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. I will admit that my prior experience at that same store was not as strong, but Brennen was easy to work with and he and I came to a sale with 24 hours. I am truly excited for this watch as my daughter helped choose it prior to my trip.”

“Recent purchase with The 1916 Company went outstanding. Lucas Sabin assisted my online purchase of the elusive Rolex Submariner for my husband. He patiently answered questions on the CPO program and attributes of the Submariner. John Burba also took great care in the presentation of my husband's new watch and was very welcoming to me as a novice. Husband loves his new watch and we both feel we have found a home for future purchases.”

“Fortunately I discovered that The 1916 Company was an authorized Breitling dealer. I needed links for my mesh bracelet band. Not only did they have the needed extra links but they were installed in no time. This was some of the best customer service I ever had. The whole process was completed in less than twenty minutes. I would highly recommend them.”

She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made the purchase of my wife’s Cartier Tank Louis a truly memorable experience. “I went into the boutique just to browse around and ended up buying an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Worldtimer because of the incredible customer service. Alex was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain exactly how the Worldtimer functions and perfectly sized my new watch. “The 1916 Company is a huge asset to the watch collecting community. Their product selection is unrivaled, but it's their staff that are special. You may know Tim Mosso from the many review videos, but their client specialists like August Benjamin are just as helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. What is special about these folks is the inclusivity you feel, even as a small time buyer swimming amongst the deep pocket sharks. Big or small, the 1916 staff takes the time to listen and answer questions, and more importantly to understand the emotional journey watch collecting takes us on. In my case, I bought a pre-owned watch to mark the occasion of my first grandchild, and fully intend to pass the piece along to them. Thank you so much to the 1916 Company for a superior buying experience.”

“This was a phenomenal experience. I found a watch that I wanted made an offer. Within 15 minutes I received a call and text messages from the company. We came to an agreement on a price and on the very next day which was a Saturday I received my watch. The watch came as described, and this was what I would call a phenomenal experience.”
