“You need a trustworthy company when you are buying timepieces sight unseen and the 1916 company has definitely earned my trust. The watch arrived exactly as advertised and I am happy about it. However, there's a definite room for improvement in terms of communication. While I am satisfied with the product, the customer experience wasn't exactly stellar.”

“Nick L has been great! Traded a few watches in for one of my grails. Not only was it very quick and easy, but the trade in values I was given were fair and so was the price on the watch I wanted. Few months later reached out to Nick to sell a watch I had and in about 3 days total I had sent in my watch and gotten paid right to my account. Also must say the condition of the 2 pre owned watches I’ve gotten from them were fantastic. Been collecting for a while and this is the best company I’ve sold to, traded with, or purchased from…and it’s not even close!”

“Arrived to Philly from LA for a family engagement celebration event. Looking for a last-minute gift walked in without an appointment and was welcomed by one of the team members who introduced me to Eddie Colon one of the sales professionals at the gallery. I sought out 1916 due to the Legend Tim Mosso (binging on his videos for years), and I can honestly say that Max and 1916 have always made me feel great about my purchase before, during and after. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your next luxury watch purchase. I also recommended my watch friend to Max and he had the same easy and professional experience.”

“My partner and I were visiting my family in Philadelphia to celebrate my birthday and decided, on a whim, to visit The 1916 Company boutique while we were staying in town. I had heard of 1916 through their YouTube channel and host Tim Mosso, but hadn't had the chance to visit their store in person previously. I was immediately impressed by the boutique's size and layout, and was greeted at the door by the friendly staff. Monica, the sales associate who ended up assisting me directly, was delightful throughout the experience. She was extremely attentive and open to hearing all about my personal interest in various Rolex models. I mentioned that I was celebrating my birthday that weekend, and Monica ended up making my birthday wish come true with an allocation of a Rolex Sea-Dweller on my very first visit to the boutique. To help celebrate my birthday, she even gifted me with a beautiful, 1916 Company-branded, Wolf travel case to go along with my new watch. All in all, we had quite the lovely first visit to The 1916 Company boutique, and I hope to have the opportunity to visit and interact with the friendly, professional staff there many more times in the future.”
