“I brought in my well worn diamondand sapphire engagement rings for repair and remodeling. Kristen Sweeney did a marvelous job, first sending the stones off to NY to he polished and reshaped and then designing, with her favorite jeweler , an entirely new ring. it turned out beatifully and we added a diamond band which really set it off.”

“I was in the market for a pre owned Chopard men's watch and found it at 1916. My sales representative CQ Gottlieb was outstanding in providing me with all of the information that I needed including sending me up close photos of the watch that they had in current inventory. Their attention to detal was oustanding and I would not hesitate to buy a new or pre owned watch from this company.Great job CQ!!!”

“I had read so my posts, watched 100's of videos and finally decided to upgrade from my Seamaster to a Rolex Submariner Date. There was just a few things that I was unsure about, but thankfully I finalized my decision and looked for my closest authorized dealer. I walked in the Denver, Cherry Creek Boutique and met with Mr. Jose De La Torre. I was met with warmth and genuine kindness. Jose helped me get registered for the Sub/Date and I walked out thinking that the stories of Rolex AD's just were not true. No disrespect, no talking down to me, no attempts to sell me a OP instead of what I really wanted. Just true honest folks that want to help their customers get what they want. Just six weeks later, I received "the call" Jose had my watch! I was so thrilled, I contacted The 1016 Company's coorporate headquarters in Philidelphia and had ANOTHER great experiance. I spoke with Ms. Allie Pigliavento (Global Client Intelligence Manager) and let her know how much I appreciate the ENTIRE team at the Denver-Cherry Creek boutique and just wanted to say "Thank You". I am not the person to write a review. In fact this is the first written review I have ever taken the time to do. Why? Because they are just great people. Don't believe everything you read or watch on YouTube. There are quality AD's out there and you can find them at The 1916 Company. Highly recommend them and as a matter of fact, now I am looking to get my beautiful wife a Datejust. Rolex makes a beautiful time-piece and The 1916 Company is exactly where to get it. Thank you for everything, I feel lucky to know you and have Jose as my representitive that I now call a friend.”

“I recently bought a new Rolex at this company's authorized dealer location in Denver, Colorado. Before doing that, I visited this company's other brand name showrooms next door such as Grand Seiko, And Tudor. It's very impressive that no matter which showroom you're in customer service is the same, it is friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure to purchase. In particular was the salesman at Rolex, named Carlos. He was extremely helpful, patient, and again without pressure to come into anything and just simply wanted me to experience the watch I ended up purchasing.”
