“The ring i bought was a Flexi ring. It's very beautiful but fell off my finger when I was walking. This happened less than a week after purchasing. I called the store and asked if I could exchange or return it and answer was no. Now Im afraid to wear my ring”

“I have long searched for the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre early version and was pleased to find 1916 Company had the time piece as I had done business many times with them in the past. I traded a few pieces from my collection in towards this timepiece as was excited to receive the new watch acquisition - unfortunately, the chronograph complication was defective with the seconds wheel reseting to 1 vs 0. I returned the piece and requested JLC service and am waiting for an update.”

“You need a trustworthy company when you are buying timepieces sight unseen and the 1916 company has definitely earned my trust. The watch arrived exactly as advertised and I am happy about it. However, there's a definite room for improvement in terms of communication. While I am satisfied with the product, the customer experience wasn't exactly stellar.”
