From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was refined, welcoming, and clearly centered around providing a high-level client experience. Angel truly stood out. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable. At no point did I feel rushed and she took her time with me and my family and made sure we were completely comfortable every step of the way. That level of attention and care is rare, especially in a luxury setting. It’s clear Angel is passionate about what she does and genuinely values her clients. She created a sense of trust that made the whole experience even more meaningful. I’m incredibly thankful for her time and guidance, and I couldn’t be happier with my first Rolex. This is exactly the kind of place you want to go when purchasing a timepiece. Nothing short of exceptional service, quality pieces, and a team that knows how to build lasting relationships. “While im not a stranger making purchases from 1916(Radcliffe) This was my first Rolex purchase. The journey can be intimidating, but Victoria Ingram made the entire process easy. When I wanted to pickup a watch to commemorate a special occasion recently, I went to new Manhattan Beach location where I had the pleasure of being assisted by Garry. He was very professional, courteous and I was able to work with him to get allocated a piece I've been wanting for a long time within a reasonable time frame.”
