“This was a phenomenal experience. I found a watch that I wanted made an offer. Within 15 minutes I received a call and text messages from the company. We came to an agreement on a price and on the very next day which was a Saturday I received my watch. The watch came as described, and this was what I would call a phenomenal experience.”

“My experience purchasing a Tudor Pelagos 41 blue for my husband was beyond smooth, zero pressure and a success. The Tudor store in cherry creek mall was having an event the same week I was presenting the watch to my husband which worked out great for him to have it sized and get a few more details on the watch itself. Also was a great networking event for my husband. Food was fabulous and drinks were flowing and couldn’t have been more excited about the budding relationship we created with our sales associate Arthur.”

“I brought my Tag watch to The 1916 company for repair/replacement of the clasp. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned it for me too. The employees were friendly and helpful. My watch works and looks great, can now wear without fear of it falling off my wrist and breaking. Outstanding customer service and workmanship.”

“I came into The 1916 Company wanting to purchase my first Grand Seiko. My sales associate, John, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We settled on the SGBA407, which John helped get fitted to my wrist, teach me how to wind/set, and get all the paperwork registered. I will 100% be coming back to do business with The 1916 Company!”

“Great experience buying my watch! I had a really nice experience shopping for a watch here. Mariel Veras was super friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to show me a few options, explain the difference, and helped me find something that I always wanted. I never felt pressured at all, which I really appreciated. She just made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and the service I got. Definitely recommend stopping by - and if you can, ask for her.”
